- You provide support for the diverse Flexoptix campus, which consists of 8 buildings and various technical systems (ventilation, water treatment, heating, heat pump, sewage treatment plant, photovoltaic system, drinking water well)
- You apply your PLC knowledge to automate a variety of building processes
- You create visualizations of system processes using modern tools for real-time monitoring
- You configure and connect devices with M-Bus or Modbus, including access control systems
- You conduct safety inspections and identify technical defects
- You coordinate and manage external service providers for construction and repair work
- You carry out minor repairs and serve as the point of contact for tenants regarding technical issues

- Willingness to take responsibility for smaller projects and to work independently
- Good PC skills (MS Office) and a good command of written and spoken German and English
