- Extensive experience managing residential and commercial properties
- Experience in budget planning, maintenance management and lease negotiations
- Strong knowledge of German construction law, residential and commercial tenancy law, and condominium law
- Confident using Immoware24, Excel and Word
- An eye for commercial opportunities and the ability to communicate your recommendations clearly
- Enjoy making independent decisions and sharing expertise with the team
